Bottle. Cloudy yellow, high carbonation, big white head. Fine citric tartness on light dusty grain. Fairly foamy mouthfeel, feels consequently light-bodied. Thin hayish malt, Tart - lime and milk acid, light flowery. After beating some carbonation out of it, berry notes, a hint iodine come forth and it becomes quite pleasant and quenching.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color with big white head. Aroma is wheaty, with lacto and tart fruits, mostly citrus peel. Taste is wheaty, lightly tart, more lacto and citrus, and a refreshing crisp tart finish. Light-bodied. A good Berliner Weisse with a hint of a bigger wheat body than other examples (probably due to the > 4%). Silky mouthfeel, but with a high crisp carbonation. Great balance. One of the few American Berliner Weisses that I would actually call a Berliner Weisse :D

Bottle from bierpost.com. Pours a cloudy pale yellow/amber with an initially large white head soon dissipating to nothing. Aroma of citrus, spice, wheat, sharp but with a hint of sweet syrup. Medium sourness, masks a medium sweetness which develops as the sour subsides. Body is quite light, texture is thin. Finish is a tart/sweet mix. Whilst not a style I typically favour, I liked it.

(bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a big and blond, also quite persistent foamy head. Yeasty, moderately wheat-malty aroma with a distinctive lactic touch, accompanied by notes of citrus and lemon peel. Moderately sour flavour, light bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry and citrus-fruity, moderately wheaty taste with lactic and funky yeasty notes; moderately sour and mildly tart and fruity finish. Refreshing. 06.V.15

At a tasting, thanks, medium stable bubbly head, quite hazy yellow color, white wine aroma with some mineral notes, flavor of white wine, lemon and some fruitiness, spritzy sensation, strong but really mellow sourness, very nicely balanced. great fun to drink to drink, especially in the middle of the heat wave we are experiencing..

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks David K. for this bottle! Hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Great aroma, lactic and fruity, with some yogurt and citrus. Tart flavor, lactic and fruity. Light-bodied and spritzy. Really good and extremely refreshing.

Euro2-Flasche:Pale golden,hazy, small persistent off-white head; sourish citrussy nose with a slight woody-tart touch, some lactic acidity surely detectable; moderate dryish sour flavour with a pretty mild residual sweetness; light bodied as expected, soft MF; lemony and lactic sourish finish. Leicht trübe hell goldgelbe Farbe, große weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch dezent säuerlich, weißes Kraut, würzig, leicht hopfig. Geschmack leicht säuerlich malzig, Kraut, würzig, gering salzig, viel Kohlensäure, gut!

Draft. Light lactic lemon malt and hay aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head. Sweet-tart lemon malt, light apple, and straw flavor. Nice.
