Tap at Mikeller Aarhus. Cloudy peach juice, white foam. Lovely brett, fruit milkshake and peach fuzz aroma. Murky amber, low eggshell lacing cream. Medium to full dry chewy body. Mellow soarkling peach, apricot, a hint passion fruit, pleasant creamy fruitiness, bretty fruit milkshake.

Sample (Blend 1, thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, doughy and some floral tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some earthy and mild sour wooden tones.

Panda at home from Grumbo, cheers Graham, 08/01/23. Very lightly hazed golden orange with an off white cap that settles as a swirl. Nose is tangy fruit rinds, buggy notes, herb, lemon zest, funk, dry rot. Taste comprises vanilla oak, green apple funk, light acidic flicker, barnyard esters, green berry must, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic spike. Decent well balanced sour.

27/12/2022. Bottle at the ITFC Christmas beer share. From Nisse666. 2021. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty, funky, malt, citrus, wood, bread. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, quite fizzy. Enjoyed it.

Blend 1. Pale blond colour with light fluffy head. Strong oaky intensity but behind that is a little honey sweetness. The funk and woodiness together are great.
