Superficial festival rating @ Rebel Beer Fest 2024. Slightly unclear golden body under a small white head. Nice, slightly delicate aroma of lemon, acid berries and hint of yoghurt. Taste is quite acidic, lemon, sour grapefruit, vinegar, lactic acid, smooth, mild pale malt and hint of yoghurt that seems to disappear after a few sips. Medium body with tart, acidic aftertaste. Would love to try this again properly.

(Bottle, 0.75l - a sample, at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20230816) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, wood and sourness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, wood, sourness, lactic notes and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and mildly bitter. Tasty.

Blekgul med lite dis. Skummet fräser till och försvinner. Syrlig doft av citron, lime och vinäger. Väldigt sur smak av lime, citron, grapefrukt och äppelkart.
