330ml bottle at Flat Iron, Kings X. It pours clear golden with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, bready, doughy, biscuit malt, light sweetness, touch of grain and cereal. The taste is crisp, clean, light, airy malt, some floral accents, straw, doughy bread, light biscuit and weak citrus with a soft, doughy finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Drinkable and serviceable lagerbier.

Light, not the most interesting beer, drinks well

(Draught at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 24 May 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, citrus and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, grain, citrus and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well balanced pilsener. Quite nice.

Creamy white good mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

One-third pint, on tap at Tap East, shared with Finn. Firm white head blanketing the glass. Bright golden body. Pale malty nose, added by noble hops. Well balanced taste of cereal malts, grass, and noble hops. Drying end with discreet bitterness, clean in the mouth. Nice pilsener version. (London 17.11.2021).
