I probably bought this beer at the coop, Brig, Gliserallee. Drinking this bottle for the 24th of December, preparing our traditional Spanish paella. A really interesting beverage with a generous touch of basic with a sensation of Genovese pesto, wheat, 28.12.21, at Epalinges

08.01.2023 - 0.33l bottle from coop, bb 01.2022. pours a hazy pale golden with a medium head. aroma of coriander, herbs, white bread, soap. flavour of herbs, basil, white bread. sweetish, chalky bready mouthfeel. pleasant.

Süffiger und frischer Beginn nach Basilikum, dabei zwischenzeitlich bitter, was das Kräuteraroma etwas stört. Die Bitterkeit wird im Mittelteil intensiver, spritzig, milde Süße. Leicht unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert, langer Nachgeschmack - gelungen. 10/9/9/9/10/9

Draught at BrüW. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- basil, wheat. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, full of basil, some wheat. Medium bodied. Really herbal.
