Opkaldt efter sommerspiret på Møns Klint – den tårnhøje kridtformation, der styrtede i havet i 1988. Som kontrast til det hvide kridt er denne øl sort - dybsort. Men smagen er let, og man aner en tone af chokolade sammen med den ægte lakrids.

Flaske fra Steengaard, Beder. Den er sort med et brunt skum. Aromaen er ristet malt og brun farin. Den har en fin sødme og lidt tør finnish med en lang eftersmag af lakrids.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Some roast. Licorice not dominating. Moderate bitter nice roasted licorice flavor. Average finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours clear dark coffee brown with small light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, ground coffee, soy sauce, gravy and with hints of anise oil and liquorice. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and light salty. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, sweet liquorice, anise and hints of salt and peat.

bottle from natholdets julekalender #7 very dark brown,light brown head. mild roasted malts, licorice. flavor is licorice, roasted malts, more licorice, licorice flavor is the good english licorice or raw licorice. very nice not so strong abv licorice stout loads of good licorice and the rest is fine too.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Skinnyviking at Anarkist Bar. Jet black body, bubbly beige head, fair lacing. Inviting smell of dark malts, liquorice and chocolate. The liquorice part is more dominant to the taste buds, hints of dark dough. Rounded roasted ending, mid-sweet. Medium bodied. Pretty good. (Copenhagen 20.10.2021).

ABV: 5.1%. Clear dark dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted - chocolate, dark malt, sweet malt, licorice - UK licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt, salty licorice, UK licorice, thin, sweet malt, light roasted - chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201228]
