Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear amber with a lively yet dissipating off-white head - comes as a slow gusher. Tart, leathery nose. Medium body, lively carbonation, big champagne-like bubbles. Caramel and tart fruit, leathery astringent - almost Bretty. 231109

No head, copper-foxy beer. Solvent, diacetyl, powerfull and imposing - and not pleasing. Sharp MF, not finished, worts in full fermentation, hence the diacetyl, etc. Slick, buttery MF... Finish the beer, please.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Hazy, amber colour with brief, frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of orange and raspberries. Malty taste with dried fruit, orange and caramel. Slightly grassy, citrussy finish. A bit sweet, but nice and well balanced. Less exciting than most of the other Ducato beers though.
