Fermented solely with Brett. Clausenii and hopped with Citra during the process this is alovely beer exhibiting layers of Citra together with the funky pineapple esters from the Brett. Cheers!

(Draught at Parkvillan, Åre, Sweden, 6 Sep 2022) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy, yeasty nose with citrus, hay, bread, grass and brett. Fruity, hoppy, yeasty taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, white bread, brett, a hint of smoke and a balanced citric/spicy bitterness. More than medium body, dry. Interesting and quite tasty, but a bit balanced. The brett and the hops don't really marry into one unity. Still, quite enjoyable.

--Keg at SBWF 2021. -- Hazy pale golden, small head. Bretty nose with citrus and hay. Dry with medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Minerally with grapefruit and pine. Long bitter finish.
