Cask at 5 Lamps, Derby. Pours a cloudy pale straw with minimal scummy white head and good lacing. There’s some vague citrus in the nose – not much else. Citrus more prominent in the mouth, along with tangerine and hints of grapefruit. Overall the texture is creamy and it all leads to a dry and quite sticky finish. It’s OK – and a Rutland tick !

Cask at BeerHeadz Grantham. Hazy yellow golden colour with a white head. Plenty of crisp citrus aroma and taste. Smooth and very sessionable.
