Pretty sure Holiday White Ale is just a repackaged Sam Adams White Christmas, but I’m drinking it, so I might as well log it. Spicing overpowers any witbier elements; all nutmeg and cinnamon, with a slight citrus zest tartness coming through on the back end, accented by a little vanilla and clove. Not terrible, but holy shit does the nutmeg keep growing stronger as the pint warms.

bottle. slight haze on pale. has a nose that indicates some of spice inside. taste is a little rude for a witbier, needs a few manners. not sure of these spices, they seem to distract from the good naturalness of the brew. ok for a one timer and a tick, but probably would not drink again. difficult finish. not impressed. however, it is better than most ipa.

12oz bottle. Disappearing white-slightly hazy yellow. A-spicing-clove/nutmeg/more. T-follows.

12oz bottle. Woah. Overboard spiced Wit. Winter Warmer meets Wit. Unique I suppose. Spicy, malty, not really a Wit in most respects. Medium bodied, drinkable, but not really true to style or that enjoyable.

12 oz from the winter variety pack. Aroma has notes of coriander, nutmeg, orange peel, cinnamon, clove. Pours hazy golden with a one finger bone white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately sweet and a tad savory with holiday spice flavors. Nicely carbonated creamy mouthfeel. A very nice witbier.

Pours yellow-amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma of coriander and light nutmeg. Taste has spice, some pumpkin, overwhelming coriander. Palate has continued pumpkin note on the nose, heavy cloves and coriander as well. Imagine getting punched in the face with every spice typically added to a Witbier.
