Pale, with slight haze. Thin head. Rich saaz aroma, with a touch of grassiness. Okay malt, a bit sticky, but the hop is good. Moderate bitterness, but a nice fresh character. Not saazy as much as on the palate but a fruitier accent. Still good, though.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and bready, with a herbal grassiness and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and biting, with a really nice spicy Saaz hop character, bright grass, and crisp biscuity malt. Would've never guessed this was fresh-hopped, but regardless, this is well-hopped and nicely constructed overall. Excellent.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish pale blonde with small white head. Light bread malt, mild grass hops with a slight honey note. Not what I would expect from a Pilsner, but enjoyable. Only wish the malt had a touch more body.

Very nice light clear gold body and okay foam. Subtle murky sweet vegetal hop aroma, slight honeyed grass. Taste is sweet cracker, honey notes, ending smooth and only slightly crisp. Clean and easy, could be more snappy.

Pale blond colour, clean. Light grassy aroma. White bread flavour, lacking malt, but it's dry and crisp; the hop is gently spicy and grassy but muted, low bitterness. Side by side, I slightly prefer the Sterling.
