On tap at Steamworks Mt Pleasant, pours a clear blonde with almost no head. Aroma brings out gentle, crisp apple skins and a touch of funk. Flavour is dry and gently funky, with crisp apple skins and dry biscuity malt. Dry, crisp and a touch funky. Good.

Vague light clear pale straw body with no foam. Soft sweet apples on the nose, grocery store style, could have been used in pie. Taste is meaty apple, chili notes, sweet and chewy with an odd aftertaste. Grocery apples all the way and there's no complexity. Maybe it would work with ice on a hot summer day but it's autumn and very damp.

Pale yellow. Tart, nice bright juicy apple character. Light tannins, tasty. These guys are for real, they make mainstream cider but at a really nice level.
