A heavy dry hop addition of Talus, Amarillo and Galaxy accentuate the delightful note of black pepper and spice from the Saison yeast, as a bouquet of ruby grapefruit, tangerine, tropical fruit and pine are carried by the light and effervescent sparkling finish.

Sort of cloudy gold body and some modest foam. Vague bubblegum and banana aroma, nice when you smell it but it's all too faint. Taste is bitter banana, plenty of spicy cereal, nice but ends too watery. Firing on a few cylinders, but not all, this could be another example of a beer killed by committee.
