On tap. Pours a hazy hay color. Aromas of fresh cut apples and a little green grapes. Flavors of same plus dry cereal and a bit of pear.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with no white head. Sweet apple skin, feint banana, lack complexity. Meh.

Dink pour at Superflux, Vancouver
Windfall joyride, dink Hazy pale blond colour. Dry bit not too weak, balanced acidity, pleasant juice, hints of pear, not much complexity, but it's decent for a North American cider.

Foggy pale straw body and some modest foam. Lots of banana on the nose, slight apple. Taste is mellow sweet apple, slightly chewy, finishing dry. Nothing sophisticated here but an easy crowd pleaser.

On tap at Superflux, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lots of banana-like esters (that's odd), with crisp green apple skins and plenty of apple core. Flavour is medium sweet, with moderate estery notes (less of the aforementioned banana), crisp apple skins, and some apple core. Moderate acidity to balance the sweetness. Decent but not much complexity or depth.
