All hail the Dragon Queen! For this fruited sour we dropped the sourness a bit lower than for our other sours, to make it even more refreshing in combination with the tropical favorites passion fruit and pitaya (pink dragonfruit). Very passion fruit forward with a pink/red-ish color thanks to the pitaya.

Draught, half pint. @Mikkeller Viktoriagade, Copenhagen (Denmark). 24/10/2021 [#4.560 Global - #122 Sweden - #2 Ten Hands Brewing] Pours reddish with a lacing white head. Cherries, red berries and passion fruit. Yogurt and berry jam. Next one please!

Dragon Queen. Reddish cloudy with a decent white head. Passion fruit on the nose. Soured passion and some earthy notes.
