Adele started her life as a strong golden ale and was matured in a cognac barrel for four years with our house culture and wild Mirabelle plums.
She pours a brilliant deep golden with a delicate white head. The aroma is a complex mix of marzipan, vanilla, yellow plums, honey and vintage champagne, leading to bright flavours layered with apricot, hay, mango and sherry. Dry and minerally with a slight saltiness and hints of fresh bread dough, ending with lingering plum skin tartness and some warming alcohol. Mouthfeel is effervescent with a medium-full body.

Mycket gott

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with toffee, oak and funk with a cider-like apple note. Sweetish fruity flavour with complex malt and boozy cognac notes
