Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of brett, tart grapes, pale malt. Taste of tart grapes, vanilla, oak.

Draught Very good white lacey head over pale yellow beer, veiled. Peach, grains, farmyard odours, lemon, lemonbalm, kafir lime; no hint at acidity. Root spices, dry grains, garden herbs & weeds, peaches, white wine. Finish as fruity as the smell. Dry, if not overly so, and warming up even less. Good carbonation. Excellent saison.
