A little bit overhopped to be more american west coast style. But it has lost the balance with the malt that you want the red. hopcult dresden (may 2019 3.2) Beerwulf 2019 advent cal. Feels much more malty, low hopping rates, a completely different beer.

Bottle picked up from Schindlbeck Getränke, Pfaffenhofen, and consumed at home Easter Sunday 21st April 2019 whilst making Beef Burgers with a fresh (from garden) Horseradish Cream filling, with Smashed Avocado and Corn Cakes, listening to Bicep. We're sat outside the sun has just dropped down after a superb Easter Sunday. Good bittersweet balance, just a smidgen on the watery side but it does have flavour, a little bitter caramel, streaky citrus, it's a beer that starts off rather underwhelming but gradually grows on you.

Bottled 330ml. -from Getränke Oase Munich. Clear dark golden/pale amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, mild citrus and caramel in the nose. Toasted malt, light caramel, citrusy fruits and some peaches with mild hoppy finish. Ok one.

Clear amber/copper with little beige head. Aroma is butter, some smoke, papaya. Kind of bubblegum-y and very hoppy. Sweet with a smokey hook and more tartness in the finish. Complex and good.

Tap at Taphouse Munich. Is this rally an amber ale? Ultra hoppy for such a beer. Grassy galaxy. Light body, fruity, some caramel. Lively carbonation with a super fruity palate. Marmalade. Yum!

Tap. Ruby color with tan head. Aroma is strawberry/raspberry jam, a bit spicy. Taste is more jam, a bit dank piney hops, quite lieblich. Medium carbonation. Very good!

Rerate from tap a week later: really amazing nose: strong herbs, honey, berries. Clear dark Amber, golden head. Cleaner spicy flavor on chewy grains, unusual and great! Bottle rated on the banks of the Isar 8 4 7 3 13 Berry, rosemary aroma. Dark amber, offwhite head. Medium to light mellow body. Spice, herb grass aftertaste.
