[10/23/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Red session. Cloudy golden. Barnyard, oak, sweat, fruitiness, sour and a bit bitterish, citrus. Great.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leater, funk, grapes, wine, barrel, vinous, citrus - lemon - stone fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, wine, grapes, citrus - lemon - stone fruit, vinous, barnyard, funky, wood - oak, wheat - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211023]
