The third batch of their first collab with their Friends at Pizza Coming Soon, The Japanese snack bar with a confusing name in Chinatown. Loaded with Pineapple, and Yuzu this Sour tastes like Summer in a can. Which is good!

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, pineapple, lemon and faint yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, lemon, lime, pineapple and mandarin orange in a dry, tart, slightly acidic finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively to average carbonation. Juicy and refreshing.

Milky yellow body with minimal foam. Smells of nice sweet pineapple and yuzu, very fruity. Taste is good pineapple, slight yuzu, sweet and could use some character to remind you it's a beer. Ends crisp with nice lingering sweetness. Good fruitiness, though might seem overbearing to some.

Cloudy pink with a decent white head. Candy and plum notes and rose hip. Soured red candied plum and a nice tart finish.. Solid.

Poured from the tap. Hazy bright pale blonde with minimal white head. Sour pineapple upfront with a touch of yuzu and hint of sake. Odd, but enjoyable.

This one is quite pale and hazy. Not much head on it. The aroma is interesting, maybe more sake than other things, so that sort of yeast character. But on the palate, it’s much more in the pineapple sour vein. There’s an odd little bitterness in the finish, and then some of the yuzu shows up. It’s a bit all over the place, but I still like it.
