For this beer we decided to test our growth as brewers, and what better beer to show that than Fog at Daybreak. The hop flavor you have come to expect from our sessionable pale turned into smooth DIPA. All the tropical resinous taste turned up a few notches.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 03/09/23. Murky deep orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is bitter tropical fruits, orange zest, grass, pine needle. Taste comprises orange pith, mandarin, guava, pine resin, light dank edge, caramel, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Okay DIPA but not quite singing for me.

Can thanks to and shared with the Mrs, sourced from Mikkeller Bar Aarhus and drunk at home (05/06/2022) - very hazy to opaque yellow with a creamy good white head. Vibrant fruity with some pineapple and cantaloupe, papaya, nectarine, touch of spring onion, really creamy malty “dense” body and mouthfeel, solid dank hoppy finish. Lovely.

[ As Cushwa Dense Fog ].
ABV: 8.3%. Murky - muddy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration, wheat, tropical fruit, pine. mango - pineapple, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220310]

Can, 8.3%. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit and fruit peel. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, medium sweet and medium bitter.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A murky yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, pale malt, peach. Taste of stone fruits, yeast, mango.
