Klare goldgelbe Farbe; gemischtporige wenig stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase sehr malzbetont, viel Honig, etwas blumiger Hopfen. Im Geschmack eine deutliche Süße, Honig, viel helles Malz, dezente Hopfenbittere, sehr wenig Kohlensäure, relativ kräftiger Körper. Insgesamt ein solides Export.

Lichtbruin bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is bitter zoet en licht kruidig met iets van karamel en vanille. OK.

ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, sweet malt, light caramel, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221120]

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a big good lasting white head. Aroma of pale malt, spicy hops. Taste of pale malt, mild spicy hops, straw, not too bitter.

O-Bräu Export, Flasche vom Getränkemarkt am Kaulanger, KC. - Bronzegold, klar. - In der Nase exporttypisch tiefes brotig-karamelliges Malz mit gut abgeschmeckter hopfenwürziger Hopfung. - Antrunk etwas flach brotig und leicht karamellig-malzig mit milder hopfenwürziger Herbe. Kernig gerstig, nur mild malzsüß. Eine schwache holzige Noten trübt den guten Eindruck. Milder rezent, mineralisch, nicht ganz so vollmundig wie die stattlichen 5,6 % erwarten lassen. Im Abgang hintergründige hopfenwürzige Herbe, schwach holzig. - Solides, kernig malziges Export mit hintergründiger Hopfenherbe, nur eine Spur zu hart. (17.8.2021.)
