It was for me a good surprise, a solid pale ale or ipa, classical and well balanced, dry malt, resinous, a bjt sweet, floral and aromatic hops, bitter and citrus with body and well balanced, a proof that the German can brew beers on the American way, 07.06.23

50 cl bottle at Titanic Gendarmenmarkt, Berlin. A hazy dark golden pour with a rocky, long-lasting, egg-white head. Aroma is rocket, passionfruit, pine needle, grapefruit. Dry, powerful onset. Good balance between acidity and bitterness. Long-lasting, hop-laden finish.

Ein massentaugliches, aber sehr solides IPA; moderate Bittere, tropische Früchte, trocken und leicht würzig.

Clear golden. Aroma is tropic fruit lemon yeast light herbs orange. Taste is rather bitter hoppy with light fruityness and good sour freshness. Pretty nice combination. Good classic IPA without the resin.

Bottle 500ml. @ home in conservatory. 🏡🇩🇰

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus, fruity hops, light mango - pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, citrus, flowers, mango - pineapple, peel bitter - shall bitter, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20240406]
