Cask at the Fat Cat, Sheffield. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, light herbal, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
