# 193; 1/2016. Velmi netradiční bavorský helles. Ve vůni ječnem a tropické ovoce. To samé se opakuje v chuti, kde se navíc přidávají kvasnice.

500 ml bottle. Pours unfiltered cloudy yellow, medium foamy head. Grass, straw, hay, floral notes, herbal notes, some mango. Mild hoppy bitterness. Medium to light bodied, oily to watery texture, dry and yeasty finish, refreshing. Nice Indian-style Helles!

Bottle. Golden color, white foam. Aroma: apple, malt, grain, clean. Taste: good malty, a little green apple, grain, pure, light spice German hops, mild hop bitterness, very drinkable, good table beer.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is mango peach and typical helles hops. Taste is sour fresh fruit and some tart hops. Nice hop profile. A tad watery but still a lot of body. Tasty and fresh. I like it.

Yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh, fruity, grapes, already feels like it’s going to be dry. Taste is light, hints of biscuity malts, a fruity touch and dry finish. Crisp. Ok.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a firm and medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly biscuity malty aroma with a tinge of caramel and honey, backed by citric, juicy fruity and slightly herbal hops. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mildly biscuity (cara-)malty taste with fruity hops in the background; sweet and slightly bitter finish with honey-malty and fruity hoppy notes. Good. 20.VII.14
