Dolina (Valley) is the second beer, after Dekada, produced especially for our fellows of Tarnów – Al. Capone.
Mościcie, the district of Tarnów where we come from, is located at the confluence of two rivers: the Dunajec and the Biała. Exactly at this river fork, there are the headquarters of Trzech Kumpli and Al. Capone (have a look at the label).
What is more, another river – Motueka – which flows through a beautiful and gentle valley in New Zealand has ideal conditions for growing plants. Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, the wonderful hops that we sprinkled abundantly in the Dolina, come exactly from there. They have given to the beer tropical and citrus flavors, but also those of jam and white wine … but we still didn’t have enough, so we also added a reliable Australian hop – Galaxy which is the world champion in the “tropics”: )
We got a solid Hazy IPA, as solid as our friendship with Al. Capone!
