Sample at Slash Run, clear amber, film of Grey head. Coffee and malt nose, butterscotch. Flavors follow, a bit sweeter than the nose hints at. Malt and butterscotch and some cream soda, coffee is still there but it's cut a bit. Off dry finish. A bit incongruent.

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a dark brown with a soapy tan head that dissipates. Coffee, vanilla and toffee notes on the nose. Palate is similar with nice coffee and vanilla notes throughout. Coffee and chocolate linger on the finish with the vanilla rounding things out for a smooth finish. Not overly sweet or cloying.
