Ez Gose It is our take on the classic citrucy and salty beer style, Gose. With fresh lime, lime zest and sea salt added, this is a tart ale that's grounded with a salty finish.

Hazy and amber. It's not much of a head. The aroma has a bit of the wine barrel, lime and brett. Good balance, with a nice soft brett character. The barrel rounds it out with a good vinous character. Solid.

500ml (thx, Josh!) @ Matt's house. Appearance: hazy pale copper with a white head. Aroma: rustic notes, lime, barrel. Taste: along the same lines, low to moderately acidic, a lot of lime. Overall: pretty good.

500mL bottle, pours a fairly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is very citric, with intense lime, some white line, and plenty of salt. Flavour has a nice combo of white wine expression and bright lime, accentuated by a nice amount of salt. Initially seems like it's gonna be too citric, but it all comes together nicely. Very good.

Clearish gold with a decent white head. Salt, lime and a sweet woody bready note. Light soured stone fruit and bread with a light finish. Salt and lime don't really translate to the taste much.
