Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden coloured pour with medium white head. Tropical fruity hoppy and malty aroma and taste, peachy, lemon, pine and herbal hoppy, hoppy bitter finish.

CBC2016. Leicht trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch mild grasig hopfig, Citrusfrüchte. Geschmack trocken hopfig, grasig bitter, Kokosnuss.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity, peachy and crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity, peachy and slight citrusy. Crisp hoppy finish.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. as ’Unsecret Ingredient Mosaic’. Dorée, col crémeux généreux blanc-cassé. Arôme offre de belles notes houblonnées vertes, Mosaic, fruité tirant sur tropical, léger passion, agrumes avec rappel de pamplemousse. Palais est axé sur un excellent fruité, melon, passion, petite sécheresse en fin de bouche, terreux avec un fini un peu épicé, et un malté axé sur les grains qui revient plus vers la fin.

Tap at TCBW2016. Slightly hazy golden color, medium-sized white head. Aroma has apple fruityness and hints of citrus. Medium-bodied. Citrus, gooseberries, pale maltyness. Nice bitterness in the aftertaste. Well-brewed.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity peachy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty peachy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty peachy hoppy citrus finish.
