(bottle, 75cl) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a short and off-white foamy head. Piney, earthy and slightly fruity hoppy aroma with a mildly malty and phenolic spicy background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, almost full bodied with a calm carbonation. Soft yeasty malty base, delicately wheaty with present piney and mildly fruity hops, backed by shades of banana esters; alcohol is showing up nfrom the middle part, staying present towards the bitter-sweet finish. A tad too much alcoholic, lacks also a bit fruit character. 22.II.16

Bottle. Cloudy yellow offwhite head, bubblegum citrus and spring onion aroma. Creamy mouthfeel, dry, good chunk of leafy hops, phenolic, banana, peaches, minerals, earthy hop notes. A bit muddled.

Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is European Cascade: grapefruit and celery, a bit earthy. Banana yeast coming through, the aroma is a nice mixture. A bit phenolic as well. Taste is phenolic booze, but also fresh bananas (subtle though), earthy hops. You feel the ABV. Silky mouthfeel. Good beer, but the taste is a bit too boozy for me.

Bottle at Monday Club Erzbierschof. Bocky but still hoppy aroma, some perfume. A good melange of these styles throughout, with a heavy body. Very nice!

750ml bottle [#133/721]. Murky, orangey, dark golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Intense, herbal spicy, grassy and floral, minimally perfumed, slightly citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of hay, a touch of lavender, underlying fruity notes of pear and banana. Taste is moderately sweet wheaty and fruity, notes of pear and banana, floral and grassy hoppy overtones, hints of lavender and a bouquet of other petals, a touch of citrus, some grassy and peppery spiciness as well; soft palate, ’mercury’ mouthfeel of a heavy liquid. "This beer rocks".

Trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, zitronig, bananig. Geschmack zitronig hopfig, leicht hefig, bananig, Gewürze, dezent bitter.

Sehr hopfig bananiger Antrunk, angenehme Würzigkeit. Rund und spritzig, leichte Herbe, wie meistens sehr gelungen. 10/11/12/12/10/12

Great floral fruity nose. The beer starts fruity with a nice fresh banana aroma. Yeast, spice and floralness. Intense fruity with malt and Weizen. Intense, fresh, great! Not too sweetish, intense, fresh.
