Full Fathom 5 is North Brewing's flagship porter. A bountiful of toasted coconut and whole coffee beans are both steeped in a rich porter made up of a variety of specialty malts making for a luxurious silk liquid. A family member we don't see often, but when we do, we're full of love and warm fuzzy feelings.

Draft @ Syltan Kรถk & Bar, Malmรถ. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty caramel chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate caramel finish.

Can. Mr. Pickles, Sheffield. Deep, mahogany brown. Dense film of lasting, beige head. Nose has green coffee bean. Hint of Bounty bar. Some steeped vine fruit. Taste is lip sticking sweet, with moderate, vine fruit bitterness. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Light twang. Bittersweet finish, with a light tang.

Tap@Dispensary, Copenhagen - Black pour with beige head. Sweet and light roasted malty with notes of milky chocolate, some caramel, medium smooth body and mouthfeel, coconut accented sweet malty close.

200ml on tap at Brygg. A fawn-coloured head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Black in the glass. Lightly roasted black malty nose with distant cocos. Chocolate, dark bread, and coconuts, not overdone, to the flavour character. Mid-sweet, slightly roasted malt to the ending. Medium bodied. Likable. (Oslo 09.02.2018).

0.33l can from qoqa. pours an opaque black with a big dense grayish brown head. aroma of coffee, lots of ash and roast. flavour of sweet coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malts, some caramel. sweetish, bitter, chewy mouthfeel. nice. not so much coconut though.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - straight up bounty bar. The coconut is definitely bigger than the coffee. Taste - ah there's the coffee. More coffee than coconut this time. Chocolate too. Palate - medium bodied and creamy. A bit sweet on the finish, but I guess that's expected with the style. Overall - good but sweeter than I prefer.
