12oz can pours a thick black with a big cap of khaki head. Nose has big toast and marzipan and cocoa and some Belgian candy. Flavor has malt and toast, licorice, cocoa, some dried fruits. Finishes a little sweet, malty.

Brown-black pour with a medium beige head that recedes gradually to a film. Patches of lacing. Aroma of malt, chocolate and vanilla. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, milk chocolate, coffee and vanilla. The finish is roasty with a vanilla mocha aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Can - many thanks to Drake! Pours nearly black, if not so, with a soft dark brown head. Chocolate, toasted nuts, vanilla, caramel, coffee nose. Flavor is creamy coffee, dark chocolate brownie, salty nuts, caramel, ash. A good blend of flavors. Quite tasty.

12 ounce can from the Production Taproom, 9/13/20. Black (beautifully), large foamy dark brown head, good retention. Aroma of roast, coffee, molasses, booze, and a glue-like note. Taste is roast, molasses, sunflower, coffee, chocolate. Full bodied, slick and oily, booze present but not overpowering. Nice stout.
