Mandarina is a barrel-aged saison. Brewed with organic barley and wheat malt. Generously hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Styrian Goldings. Fermented in wooden barrels for more than a year. This blend shows beautiful aging notes but still offers the summery freshness of the Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Almost clear golden color and a white head. Acidic böse, Woody, orange zest. Taste Is tart, fruity-bitter, apples, orange zest, Woody, dryish. Fits Well with Sushi.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with kajser27, Max and Miro B. Cloudy yellow orange with short lasting white head. Nice juicy and fruity taste, medium sourness, some funk.

Bottle shared at Kingsday Tasting 2022. Hazy unclear yellow to orangy color, white head. Aroma and flavor are smooth, softly citrussy, lightly sourish, perfectly balanced it seems. Quite awesome. Very nice this one!

Bottle. Bit hazy golden. Lots of tangerine hops up front, sweet grains, a touch of yeast, lemon, a hint of funk. Medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Medium bodied. Good.
