On tap at ’Em Streckstrumpf’. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, quickly diminishing, white head. Spicy-grassy, slightly fruity aroma of straw, some grains and a touch of citrus. Slightly sweetish, grassy-spicy and a bit fruity taste of straw, grains, some citrus and hints of plastic (?), followed by a short, medium bitter, slightly grassy-dry and a bit spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable, not that great though.

Golden color with white head. Aroma is light malt, slightly hoppy. Taste is similar. The slight hop sting is a nice addition Rather high carbonation for a Kölsch.

Mild getreidiger Antrunk, hell malzig, leicht hopfig. Wenig fruchtig, der milde Hopfen bleibt konstant. Zum Ende etwas trocken, geringfügig süß. Ok. 10/9/9/8//8
