In 2021 we welcome Helles as a full-time addition to our core range. Gentle and balanced, Helles exemplifies everything we aim to achieve as lager brewers. Rolling hills, open fields and happy times with friends - a reminder there are good things ahead.
Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang.

Can. Waitrose. The Sheffield store has definitely upped it’s beer game recently. Possibly as a result of a big refurb? Anyway. Soft haze on a pale yellow gold. Very decent white foam stays the course. Nose has sour grain. Wheat. Fusty lemon. Hedge clippings. Hint of flora. Taste is a little sweet, with a good amount of grassy, floral bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with high-ish foamy carbonation. Dries out toward the end. Nice one.

Tap at A Hoppy Place, Windsor, 6th May 2021. Pours a hazy straw yellow. Aroma is hay, fresh grass and yeast. Taste is very authentic, bittersweet, some fresh grass and hay, light yeast, bitter and mellow. Excellent
