In 2021 we welcome Helles as a full-time addition to our core range. Gentle and balanced, Helles exemplifies everything we aim to achieve as lager brewers. Rolling hills, open fields and happy times with friends - a reminder there are good things ahead.
Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang.

Nice beer, pretty well balanced, notes of dry biscuits, soft bitter hay. Clean and lightly drying finish, a nip of pale grain, bread, biscuit. Easygoing.

Keg at the 100 Club, Oxford Street, London whilst watching the excellent Skating Polly. Pale yellow with a light haze, a middling fizz and a white head. Notes of white bread before a crisp, grassy, mildly bitter finish. Bang on style albeit maybe a tad muted. Clean and easy drinking; a well executed brew.

440ml can from Waitrose, in Bath, England. Pours a hazy gold color with a bright white head and good retention. Decent lacing. Light bready aroma. Pretty standard pale lager flavor, with less bready notes than the aroma. Really clean, smooth, and refreshing. Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness. Very enjoyable.

Can from EeBria. Light cloudy gold with small white head. Aroma of earthy and grassy hops, grains. Taste of sweet grainy and bready malt with a nice hoppy bitter bite, quite grassy and earthy again. Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Good.

Certainly the best Lost & Grounded beer that I've had and one of the best non-German Helles I've tried. Good work.

Clear very pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Taste: malty start, grains, good bitterness, some citrus, hoppy, a bit grassy, sweet grains. Aftertaste: gentle bitterness, malty, grains, nice fruitiness, hoppy, good one!

Rocky white head on a hazy pale golden coloured body. Zesty citrus, stone fruit & malt aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a clean back. Apricot, citrus, stone fruit, grain & pale malt tastes with a tangy finish. Good Lager.
