Hoppy Kolsch inspired by Texas! We use Maize in the base as a nod to the Mexican influence, Polish Tradition in the boil to bring noble hop flavours and celebrate early German and Polish immigration. Finished with Belmas ambrosial mix of orange, melon, strawberry and pineapple with a slight hint of grapefruit in the whirlpool to celebrate the diversity in the great state of Texas!

One-third pint, tap, shared with Finn at Two Tribes Taproom. Fair white head, misty late straw coloured body, crocheted lacing. Restrained smell of dusty hops and grain. Mixed taste of cereal malts and a touch of noble hops. Mid-dry, pale malty ending. Accepted. (London 22.11.2021).

Delt med Rune. Lys gylden. Litt uklar. Filmskum. Lett fruktaroma. Smaken frukt & malt. Fint balansert. God søtlig bitter avslutning.
