Juicy IPA, mashed in with with pale malt and a blend of oats & breadcrumbs. Citra added in the whirlpool at the end of boil, then fermented with a specially selected yeast. Dry hopped with Cryo Talus, Cryo El Dorado & Cryo Simcoe. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Toast Ale.

Half-pint, guest beer on tap at Signature Brewery, shared with Finn. Dotted spots on the glass, low white head, unclear golden body. Promising smell of ripe citrus and bread-like malts. Mixed taste of citrus, bread and a bite of coconuts. Mid-dry bittersweet tail. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (Blackhorse Beer Mile, London 21.11.2021).
