'Infinite Flags' Our second Nelson beer, we've paired it with US hop, Azacca. There's gooseberry, white wine and grassy sherbert from the Nelson, smooooothed out with creamy pineapple-cube sweets from Azacca a dry and sweet hop pairing.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Wine Cellar, Dalston. Pours clouded gold with a small, frothy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of grapefruit, some flinty minerality, straw, lemon rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Flinty, pithy finish, more lemon rind, grapefruit accents, dirty hay. So so overall.

440ml can, gift from the nearby Boxcar Taproom. Shared with Finn. Stable white head, cloudy golden body, spotty lacing. A bit restrained smell of grapefruit and wheat. Juicy oats to the taste buds, citrus support. Hints of piney bitterness towards the ending. Refreshing thirst quencher. (Hotel room session, Bethnal Green, London 20.11.2021).

Gave fra barmannen på tapprommet. Delt med Rune på rom 319 Travelodge Bethnal Green. Appelsinfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt skum som raskt forsvinner. Lett grapefruktaroma. Smaken søt tropisk frukt. Lett tørr bitter avslutning.
