A modern pale ale bursting with tropical fruits and a citrus finish. The blend of two British yeast strains give the beer a very soft mouthfeel and fruit flavours that pair beautifully with the Mosaic hop.

1/3 pint, tap, shared with Finn at Hackney Church Brew. Clingy lacing from a bubbly white head. Orange-gold body, cloudy. Inviting smell of citrus and dusty hops. Rounded taste profile of soft citrus followed by piney bitterness towards the finish. Medium bodied. Pretty nice. (London 17.11.2021).

Can from Hackney Church Brew Co, Hackney. Golden-yellow with a fair frothy head given there's a lot of activity out of the can. It's a pretty good example of the hop, very flavoursome, with some citrus fruitiness to be found and a light citric bitterness from this.
