A session pale made entirely with US hops. A combination of Chinook, Cascade and Citra, added in increasing amounts towards the end of the boil and then dry hopped with Citra. A malt bill made primarily with pale malt and a touch of wheat.

Cask, half-pint in the Old Coal Yard on 14th April 2023. Lager like in looks, golden and clear, white crown on top. Orangey citrus nose and taste, slightly bitter towards the end of each sip.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - yellow and light haze. Creamy, white head. Nose - light herb and citrus. Taste - orange, bread and lemon pith. Palate - light bodied, crisp finish. Overall - good.

One-third pint, on cask at Tap East, shared with Finn. Filmy layer, spotty lacing, near-clear golden body. Modest smell of grain and peaches. Subdued taste profile, earthy malts and little fruity touch. Slightly bitter end. Drinkable, but anonymous. (London 17.11.2021).
