26/6/2021: Shared with Dan & Grumbo at the Euro 2020(1) watchathon. This one will be remembered for the lightning reactions of Grumbo to save the beer. Opened like a shaken champagne bottle at the British Grand Prix. Aroma of candied fruit, sherbet and pineapple. Not surprising the weak finish considering the start. Shame.

440ml can bought at Sir Toby's Beers. Shared with Finn on a train from Ely to Cambridge. Clear amber body, fair lacing, pearl white head. Modest smell of pineapple. Rather sweet fruity flavours of pineapple, grainy notes to it. Rather sweet fruity ending. Accepted. (11.11.2021).

Delt med Rune på tog mellom Ely og Cambridge. Gylden. Middels høyt kritthvitt kremaktig skum. Ananasaroma. Smaken mest ananas. Søt & tørr bitter avslutning. På grensen til kjedelig.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Gluten Free. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of grain, mucky, bubblegum hints, smoked. Taste is grainy, chewing gum, pineapple hint, astringent, dry bitter. Medium bodied, light carbonatio, dry woody finish. Not great.

26/6/2021. Bottle shared with Dan & ITFCfan at the Euro16 beer share. From Real Ale Shop, Wells. Huge explosive gusher on opening, quick reactions saving most of it thankfully. Huge white head, eventually settled clear gold. Aroma of pineapple cubes, sherbet, liver salts. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Finished weak flavoured water. Not good, and the theatrics were unnecessary!

Bottle from Beers of Europe. And it's another gusher from Wildcraft. Consistent! Appearance - golden with a massive gushy head that took 3 pours.. Nose - pine, citrus, and yes, pineapple. Taste - creamy custard and pineapple. Tarte tatin. Pine / resin again. Palate - light to medium bodied. Tangy dry finish. Overall - decent in the end despite the initial gush.
