Tasting at Matt's, corked bottle
Dark amber colour, large head. Smell of fermented honey, it's more perfumey than I would ask for. Good body, malt and toffee flavour, candi sugar, the honey adds a woody note and a floral note; pleasant alcohol.
Quite nice.

A dark brown beer, a head is big and light beige. Aroma has dried fruits, prune, raisin, light apricot, nice sweetness of caramel. Taste has dried fruits, prune, balanced sweetness, hint of honey, some drying spicyness. Medium+ bodied. Not the most complex quadrupel, but balanced and easily enjoyable.

Dark amber. Thin head. Lots of fruitiness. Pear, peach notes, and a bit of alcohol. It comes across sweet, and maybe a touch phenolic. Sweetish, touch of alcohol. Nice orangey, fruitcake notes.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark reddish amber brown with a small beige head. Nose brings out a really nice Belgian yeast character, followed by fermented out honey, and light candi sugar. Flavour has some nice complex Belgian yeast, candi sugar, toasted nuts, and fermented out honey. The above-average carbonation is very fitting to the Belgian yeast expression. Very well-done, authentic quad. Excellent.

0.33 l bottle from Spicy Days Webshop, Zagreb. Shared with the Bekić brothers. Murky brown, medium head. Malty, toffee, dried fruit, honey, spices and fruit from the hops. Nice yeasty fruity profile in the flavour, lots of honey, good balance. Medium body, spicy phenols, slightly rough. Alcohol hidden. A sugary sweetness. Gentle finish.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Lasting beige head to a deep mahogany coloured body, clingy lacing. Promising dried fruity aromas, scent of herbs and earth. Honeyed dried fruity flavours, mid-sweet, nicely blended with ripe banana, caramel and herbs. Drying, long-lived ending, with dried fruits and toffee, controlled sweetness. Well bodied. A relaxing sipper on a Sunday afternoon. (TromsΓΈ 20.02.2022).
