Bottle. Pours clear dark reddish brown with medium white head. Aroma is caramel, sweet fruit, cherries, blueberries and raspberries. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter. Body is watery to light syrupy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and sweet with notes of maple syrup, caramel and sweet berries.

Bouteille 33cl du Grain d’Orge, Crissier, BB 18-03-2014. Cuivrée, col blanc cassé. Arôme est malté cara pâle pils, houblonné léger dont la dominance reste axée sur les malts. Palais garde ici aussi un côté malté tirant sur un léger biscuité et note de sucre brun. Fini légèrement houblonné pour une amertume modérée. Effervescence moyenne, amertume basique de houblons nobles laissant un léger côté citronné - noble. Bière ok simple et dans un style allemand.

Dark amber color, clean, with medium sized compact head. Caramel aroma, a bit perfumy, lightly metallic. Highly carbonated, with dry mouthfeel; caramel flavor with dusty character (terreux); quite bitter, with some liquorice in the final; it also has some yeast flavor that is out of place.

Bottled 330ml. -as San Martino la Rossa. 6.7% Nice amber coloured, medium sized beige head, spicy nose. Strong malty caramel taste with notes of dark fruits and spices. Acidic finish.

Bottled. Hazy reddish brown, rich creamy head. Caramel aroma. Medium sweet and medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Lightly medicinal and somewhat salty, some late bitterness. Like caramel wrapped up in cotton.
