Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per orzo tostato, sottobosco e pesca sciroppata. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale, con durata sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano note di caramello, miele, foglie, burro e terra.

Old rating from 2018 - 330ml bottle picked up in Ticino on my 6 country road trip. Poured at home in Jersey, it's brown with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, dark fruits, dark bread & malt. Medium body. Dry mild bitter finish

30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours dark amber brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is chalky, malty, caramel, dried fruits, berries. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness. Quite drinkable.
