We call it a Rye IPA, but we could also have called it a multi-grain IPA, since in addition to rye and barley we have also used malts of wheat and oats in this beer. The last two grains give the beer its fashionable "juiced" look, while hops such as Sabro, Idaho 7 and Citra give coconut, tropical fruit and citrus fruits in quite a refined taste picture.
Try it, for example, for smoked salmon, or chicken wings of the more spicy kind.

Tap@Amager Bryghus Taproom Nørreport, Copenhagen (18/08/2021) - hazed murked up yellow with a white head. Medium sweet fruity with some prominent sabro pineapple, some passionfruit and grapefruit coming in, rye, medium sweet malty, balanced bitter hoppy finish. Nice.
