Tap at 100 piv. Classic Czech IPA. Full bodied, with ample caramel to go around. Lots of rotten fruit character. Medium sweetness, high bitterness, but very rough, no nuance. This is just plain bad.

Tap. Amber color with beige head. Aroma of caramel, bit harsh citrus hops. Taste, caramel malt, ripe fruit, harsh hoppy bitterness.

Can from BaseCamp. Seriously? Not one but two Punk IPAs being released by Czech breweries? Wow. This one turns out to be a dark amber, clear body, with a fairly lasting off white head. Pungent aroma... caramel and wild strawberry notes, quite interesting. Lean taste... weird... starts lean, wild strawberry, little bit cough-syrupy, before a rough, lightly herbal, lightly earthy bitterness strikes and clears everything in its path. This is... not awful. Not great either.
