Keg at Taphouse CPH, pre Malmo livener with Reubs, 18/11/22. Almost clear golden yellow with a white cap that retains well. Nose is caramel, herb, clove, banana, straw. Taste comprises lemon rind, banana bread, clove, grass, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Competent Hefe.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (Malmö warm up 18/11/2022) - golden pour with a white head. Crisp wheaty with notes of lemon, touch of banana, nice spices throughout, straw, hay, medium to light bodied, wheaty drying into the close.

Taster, Taphouse. Clear golden, smaller white head, not too lasting. Medium spicy nose with some bananas, slightly sweaty. Mild bitterness, , quite sparkly, slightly spicy. Spicy herbal afetrtaste. Light. Very fresh.

Draught, small glass from a sample tray at Ølsnedkeren Copenhagen. A wheat haze to an orange coloured body, fragile lacing, declining white cap. Mid-sweet smell of mild spices and banana. Mixed taste character of dried fruits, banana yeast, lightly spiced. Ends not too sweet. Medium bodied. Quite alright. (Copenhagen 23.10.2021).

ABV: 4.8%. Murky medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, butterscotch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, fruity yeast, weizen yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211011]
