Bottle at home, from, and I know this is going to come as a surprise, Aldi. Opened because it's been hanging around for a while and why not. Insipid colour in the glass with no real head. Aroma of yeast and a taste of cat's piss. Really poor version of a Triple, but seeing where it is brewed I know why. Considering a drain pour and getting something good.

Bottle from Aldi. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of straw, cooking apple and black pepper. Flavour of banana peel, sea salt and bready malt. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A spicy, bready beer. Good value at £2.99 for a 750ml bottle.

750ml bottle. Pours gold with decent white head. Aroma is full of bread, banana, spice, mixed dried citrus. Taste is quite sweet and malty with spice and a lemon hint. Pleasant although a little thin. Slick body with a slight sticky note near the finish. Decent value.

Bottle from Aldi,Kidbrooke. Golden orange pour with a fluffy white head. Nose is banana, lots of sweet fruit, touch of sherbet lemon. Sweet fruity flavours, heavy banana action. Sweet syrupy finish. Very drinkable. Not bad at all.
