This anti-interventionist, unflavored American spontaneous ale is gently tart and layered with incredible complexity and balance — peachy esters, leathery funk, complex brett-laced aged-hop spice.

At the brewery. Vintage 2020. Quite great. Cloudy range with small white head. Funky, barrel, cellar, fruity, barnyard. Medium sourness. Nice complexity, reminds me of some great Belgian lambics. Just beautiful.
